This is a luxury waterfront development with a total cost of USD 4.4 billion and a total area of over 27 million square feet. This iconic development encapsulates the essence of contemporary urban living. From conceptualization to completion, we were involved in every step of the journey. With our expertise in cost controls, we were able to maximize resource utilization while adhering to the budgetary constraints. Our unwavering commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the development.
M1M Mall, Dubai - UAE
With a total cost of USD 150 million and a total area of over 1 million square feet, this is one of the largest malls in Dubai. Our team played a pivotal role in project coordination, ensuring seamless integration of design elements with the construction process. We provided skilled engineers and project managers who meticulously oversaw the execution of every detail, ensuring that the client’s vision became a tangible reality.
Polysilicon Project - Qatar
This is a major industrial project with a total cost of USD 6 billion. Our team provided expertise in project management, engineering, and construction.
Medicity Hospital, Gurgaon - India
This is a state-of-the-art hospital with a total cost of USD 50 million and a total area of over 350,000 square feet. Our team played a significant role in the project’s planning and execution phases.
ASF Towers IT SEZ, Gurgaon - India
This is a large-scale IT park with a total cost of USD 250 million and a total area of over 1 million square feet. Our team provided expertise in project management, engineering, and construction.
Primanti by Tata Housing - India
